I will be running the Stour Vally Path 50k (31 miles) trail race which starts in Sudbury and finishes in Cattawade to raise money for this wonderful charity.

Having run a maximum of about 5 miles in the last few years this will be a massive challenge for me and will be the furthest distance I have ever run.

SESAW is an independent re-homing centre for any abandoned animal.

A hardworking team of volunteers cares for the animals without fail every day.

The Charity relies entirely upon donations and fundraising events for it's survival.

The current Coronavirus crisis has cut off a vital source of income. Please donate anything you can, to help plug the gap.
