Story
Being diagnosed with Marfan Syndrome when I was 13 was a milestone in my life. I have had pneumothoraces (collapsed lungs) which led to major lung surgery, I also have issues with my joints. My aim is to raise as much as possible by the end of my 50th birthday year (2032) to help those less fortunate than me with Marfan Syndrome. I will do this by pledging to cycle 12000 miles between 2024 and 2032 around the hours of working full time as a Coroner's Officer. Every single day at work I get reminded of my motto in life; live every day as if it is your last as one day it will be. All help both emotional and via sponsorship will be greatly appreciated!
