Women’s Doubles Supporting Macmillan Cancer Support

In 2026, we’re stepping way outside our comfort zones and taking on HYROX Cardiff as a Women’s Doubles team, a challenge that will push us physically, mentally, and emotionally in ways we’ve never experienced before.

HYROX isn’t just a race. It’s a test of grit, teamwork, and resilience, which is exactly why we’re doing it together.

What makes this challenge so special is our age gap and shared determination. Tasha is 36 and Chloe is just 16, yet we’re standing side by side, training hard, supporting each other, and proving that strength, commitment, and courage don’t have an age limit. This challenge is about showing that when you work together, anything is possible.

We’ve chosen to take on this challenge in support of Macmillan Cancer Support, a charity that means so much to so many. Cancer touches nearly every family in some way, and Macmillan is there when people need it most, offering medical, practical, emotional, and financial support during some of the hardest moments of their lives.

Training for HYROX will involve early mornings, sore muscles, tough sessions, and moments where quitting feels easier than continuing. But every wall we hit reminds us why we’re doing this. For the people currently fighting cancer. For those supporting loved ones. And for those who have had to say goodbye far too soon.

We’re not elite athletes. We’re two women taking on a huge challenge, learning as we go, and turning this race into something far bigger than ourselves.
