Story

As a celebration of having made it to 80 earlier this year - and especially as a nod of thanks to the good people at Addenbrookes Hospital for playing a big part in helping me get there, after I was diagnosed with Kidney Cancer a couple of years back - I'll be jumping out of a plane on July 18th (weather permitting).

I've wanted to do a parachute jump for a long time, but just to make sure that I don't have a sudden change of heart when the plane gets up to 13,000 feet, I'd be really grateful if you would consider sponsoring me, in aid of Cancer Research UK, to spur me on.

This is also in memory of my son Paul and neice Mandy, who both sadly died of Cancer in recent years.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and for any sponsorship that you are able to give, for what I'm sure you'll agree is a very worthy cause.
