I have decided I would like to challenge myself and while I’m doing that I’d love to raise money for two very important charity's that are extremely close to my families hearts. These being The Firefighters Charity and Action Duchenne.

As many of you will know I have completed a few hyrox’s now but this time I will be doing it in my full firefighters kit including wearing a breathing apparatus cylinder on my back totalling around roughly an extra 40kg.

The Firefighters Charity - They exist to help all serving and retired members of the UK’s fire family to live healthier and happier. They ensure you can easily access advice and support whenever you need it.

Action Duchenne - Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy is a genetic disorder that causes progressive muscle weakness leading to an increasing level of disability. Action Duchenne has a very clear vision: a world where lives are no longer limited by Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

This is going to be both physically & mentally challenging so every donation will really help me through the training sessions & the event on the day!
