At Club Peloton, we are more than just a cycling community; we are a family dedicated to transforming the lives of young people. Since our inception in 2006, we have proudly granted over £5 million to projects that create meaningful change. Each year, riders from across the property industry come together to take on the incredible challenge of cycling 1,445km from London to Cannes, arriving just in time for MIPIM, the leading international real estate fair.

As we gear up for the Knight Frank Cycle to MIPIM 2026 on March 5th, our goal is to raise £200,000 for three remarkable projects that help young people find their forever homes through Coram Adoption, get back on their feet with Cyclists Fighting Cancer, and empower disadvantaged youth in Central London through the Tom ap Rhys Pryce Memorial Trust.
