I am doing the Yorkshire 3 peaks which is a significant personal challenge - 25 miles and 3 mountains that total over 2000m in height. It is a great personal effort for which I will have to undertake significant training.

I am taking on this challenge for a new registered mental health charity that is aiming to raise £50k in its first year.

The charity, set up many my Dad, has a vision for a "more active world for better mental health" and helps people currently supported by the NHS and living with a mental illness.

The beating heart of the charity is driven by the lived experience of family members who have encountered the most serious mental health challenges. It’s a radical new charity that puts activity at the heart of mental health recovery, helping people find THEIR focus for better mental health.
