Story
This year, WTW Edinburgh are supporting the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) who are taking a stand against suicide. That means standing against feeling rubbish, standing up to stereotypes, and standing together to show life is always worth living.
The team will be walking a half marathon (c13 miles) on 9 May.
125 lives are lost every week to suicide. Suicide is now the leading cause of death for people aged 15-39, and men under the age of 50 in the UK. CALM exists to change this.
CALM do it by provoking conversation, running life-saving services, and bringing people together so they reject living miserably, get help when they need it and don't die by suicide. Just £12.20 could answer a potentially life saving call.
