I’m running Derby Half Marathon (Ramathon) and in doing so, raising a few quid for the Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP) Support Group.

For those of you that don’t know, my wife Kelly lives with this condition which is both genetic and degenerative. It’s a very rare condition that affects the nervous system and causes the paralysis (or spasticity) of the lower limbs. This charity helps to support those who have been diagnosed with the condition.
