On the 6th of June we will be taking part in Tough Mudder, Edinburgh, to raise funds and awareness for Andy’s Man Club.

Andy’s Man Club is a great charitable cause which helps support men over the age of 18 who may struggle with their mental health. As young adult males, we feel that it is important and vital for us to raise awareness for causes like this to help break the stigma amongst all men and encourage people to talk.

Unfortunately, in the UK, suicide is the leading cause of death for men under the age of 50 and there is over 13 male suicides every day.

Andy’s Man Club is a place that many can turn to if they are struggling.

AMC sessions happen up and down the Uk every Monday. It is a free, peer-peer session which encourages men to talk, instead of keeping their emotions quiet. Through just having a conversation with others, this makes a difference to so many adult male lives. You can find your closest group on their website.
