I am raising money to donate a cuddle cot to the local hospice (forget me not) who supported myself and mark after we lost our little Theo. It will have a plaque on with Theo’s name and DOB so that he will always be remembered

Cuddle cots allow the baby to be kept cool which means that a family get to say goodbye and make memories with their precious babies

The money will be donated to the 4 louis charity who arrange for the cuddle cots to be sent to local hospitals or hospices

4Louis works across the country to support anyone affected by miscarriage, stillbirth, and the death of a baby or child. We understand the pain and heartbreak that families go through and are dedicated to providing support and comfort during this difficult time.

We provide memory boxes filled with keepsakes and mementos to help families create lasting memories of their loved one. We also provide useful tools, equipment, and training free of charge to hospital units, hospices, and other professionals who work with grieving families.

Forget me not are a local charity in Huddersfield. They run support groups and hold event days to support the families they care for and they also support families with children who have life limiting disabilities. They are a wonderful group and I couldn’t have got through the first weeks and months without them.

I am making little octopals for a Facebook group who send them to hospitals for premature babies. It helps to soothe them and keep them calm whilst in incubators.

A friend will also be hosting a garden party in the summer.

My mum will be hosting a coffee morning or evening - date to be confirmed. With a raffle and hopefully a lovely friend will attend with her lovely tropic products with some money from sales donated to the fundraiser
