On 12 April 2026, a group of Maia’s family and friends will be taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon in her memory. 13 of us will be running 13 miles on what would have been Maia’s 13th birthday ❤️

Maia faced her four-year cancer journey with extraordinary courage, warmth and spirit. From the very beginning, Young Lives vs Cancer stood beside Maia and her family offering practical help, guidance, emotional support and reassurance when they needed it most.

In Maia’s honour, we have come together as ‘Maia’s Mighty Dozen’ to raise vital funds for this remarkable charity. To secure one of the limited charity places in this sought-after, balloted event, we are committed to raising as much money as possible for Maia!
