Why I’m taking on the 10,000 Step Challenge
This February, I’m joining HEART UK’s 10,000 Step Challenge to raise awareness of heart health and support their life-saving work.
Throughout Heart Month, I’ll be walking 10,000 steps every day to help prevent heart disease, strokes and vascular dementia caused by high cholesterol.
Nearly 1 in 2 adults in the UK has high cholesterol, often without knowing it. HEART UK helps people understand and manage their cholesterol through expert advice, education and community support — and your donation will help them continue this vital work.
Small daily steps can make a big difference — for your heart, your health, and others across the UK.
Together, we can take simple steps towards a healthier future and protect more hearts across the UK.
