Trinity Concert Band has chosen to support Prostate Cancer UK this year and we are dedicated to raising both awareness and funds for this cause - close to the hearts of many in our band. Prostate cancer affects at least 1 in 8 men, yet many are unaware they have it until it’s too late. Tragically, for some, this means that by the time they are diagnosed, treatment options may no longer be as effective.

For our band members, this issue is deeply personal. Many have been affected by prostate cancer, whether through their fathers, partners, or even their own experiences. This shared connection drives our collective commitment to this cause. Throughout the next 12 months we hope to not only raise much-needed funds but also to encourage everyone to be proactive about their health. Routine testing for men is vital, and Prostate Cancer UK is campaigning to make it more accessible.
