Story
In August this year, I will be travelling to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia with a small group of volunteers from Bayes Business School. We will be working with Hanna Orphan's Home (HOH), a community-based organisation that raises children who have lost their parents to the HIV/AIDS epidemic. I am excited to dedicate my time and skills to nurturing the children there.
Any donations made will 100% go to HOH and will be used to support the provision of basic necessities. This year the orphanage has asked specifically for money to improve the sanitation conditions and library facilities.
We highly appreciate any support ❤️

About Hanna Orphan's Home...
HOH cares for and supports over 250 children from preschool to university students. It has a community-based housing model, groups of around 6, providing shelter and protection for the most vulnerable. It provides food, clothing, medical treatment, education, and counselling. It not only supports orphaned children, but the wider community, including alumni (children who have grown up in the orphanage and are now going to university), the elderly, widows, and mothers in the community.

About Helping Hannas Community...
Helping Hanna’s Community is a small UK charity set up to help vulnerable children of Ethiopia by supporting the maintenance and expansion of Hanna Orphans Home. They work hard and fundraise in the UK for the orphanage, and provide them with what they need.
Every year, since 2009, Bayes Business school funds student volunteers to visit Ethiopia with HHC and work with the children of HOH. This year, I am honoured to be one of the volunteers.
