Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page. As winter approaches, the days grow shorter and the nights longer, often leading to a dip in mood for many individuals. This time of year can be particularly challenging, as feelings of isolation and despair can creep in.
I am raising funds for Mind, a charity that serves as a beacon of hope for those struggling with their mental health during these darker months. Their support is vital in helping individuals navigate through tough times, providing resources and assistance when it is needed most.
In November 2025, I will be participating in '30 days of yoga' to promote mental well-being and raise awareness about the importance of mental health support. My goal is to raise £100 to contribute towards Mind's invaluable work.
