On Saturday 12th September, the Westgate Healthcare Head Office Team will be taking on the Thames Bridges Trek - a 25km challenge across some of London’s most iconic bridges - all to raise money for Spread a Smile.

Spread a Smile is an incredible charity dedicated to bringing joy and laughter to seriously ill children in NHS hospitals and hospices across the UK. Through in-person and virtual visits from entertainers, artists, and performers, they enhance wellbeing and help young patients and their families cope with the challenges of serious illness and hospitalisation.

By supporting our trek, you’ll be helping Spread a Smile continue their amazing work, delivering moments of happiness to children and families who need it most.
