We help the poorest children in Nepal to have brighter safer futures

Story

As some may know I was booked to go to Nepal last year to attempt to climb Mount Lobuche at 6200m , but unfortunately COVID stopped those plans and it got rescheduled for this year!

Well, that time is now almost upon us and I will be flying to Nepal to attempt my biggest challenge to date.

At 6200m high (same height as camp2 on Everest) and with Everest in viewing distance of Lobuche we will attempt to make the highest Microsoft Teams call to demonstrate the power of Teams and the capability of global routing using Fuse2’s own global network.

I have been busy training all year and recently went to the Alps to do one of the highest European mountains, climbing to just over 4500m and a little video edit can be found here

Not only is this a great PR exercise for Fuse2 we are also trying to raise money for 2 UK charities and also a local Nepalese charity who do some great work for under privileged children who desperately need support to help their cause.

We will be putting out regular posts on Linkedin and fuse2 website to give updates on the progress. The expedition starts on 22nd October and we aim to summit Lobuche on 2nd November (give or take a day or two)

Over the years ive been very generous in helping other people on similar events and charity fund raisers and I really hope you can give a little towards these great charities we are supporting. Or if you are unable to do so even just sharing my new posts etc will be a great help to get the message out there.
