I've been involved in research into Parkinson's for almost a decade now, and every year I meet more people whose lives have been changed by being diagnosed with the disease. Parkinson's UK is at the forefront of support for people with Parkinson's in the UK, and have been incredibly generous in funding my research - so this me trying to give something back by going for a swim, cycling up a mountain and going for a run.
