At last Steve and Pat have committed to cycling the Way of the Roses from Morecambe to Bridlington with some guest riders from Monday 21 to Thursday 24 August . This is a coast to coast cycle route of around 170 miles which should adequately test our relationship, our legs and also raise some much needed funds for Endeavour. We will be unsupported carrying everything we need (tooth brush, flap jack, spare socks, passport for safe passage back in to Yorkshire.... that should about cover everything...) and will travel to the start on the first day and return from the finish on the last day.... just in case anyone thinks the mileages aren't challenging enough!!

Endeavour is a small national charity supporting disadvantaged young people (aged 13-25) through programmes of personal development, education and social action. The charity helps young people to develop the skills they need to face their problems, tackle them head-on and succeed where they may have previously failed.

Endeavour believes every young person deserves a positive future regardless of their past.
