A number of people have asked about how they might contribute to something in Clare’s memory.
Both Macmillan and The Rosemary Foundation provided such excellent support and Clare for Clare in her final few weeks at home.
The Rosemary Foundation is a local charity based in Petersfield and provide a 'Hospice at Home' service to help patients in the latter stage of life. They provide practical help, nursing care and emotional support 24 hours a day. They really did make sure her final days were as comfortable and pain free as possible.
