Thank you for visiting my page and I hope you will be able to sponsor me for a fantastic cause. After spectating previous GEARs, last year I was inspired to take the plunge and give it a go myself. 

Being a tighthead prop, I mainly wanted to challenge myself at something I normally find quite daunting (long distance running!) However in recent years I have also been exposed in a number of ways to the challenges people face with their mental health, whether its friends, family or people I see in my job. Therefore I have chosen to support West Norfolk Mind and hope to raise money to support them in their tireless effort to improve the lives of those who suffer with their mental health. I understand that in current times finances can be stretched so I greatly appreciate anything you may be able to donate and hope that I may see you on May 5th showing your support to not only myself but all the other runners who are running for their own causes. #showyoursupport
