Story
This November I am joining a group of trekkers heading out to Nepal to visit some of the communities hit hardest by the major earthquake in 2015. The 7.8 earthquake that struck Nepal on 25 April 2015 killed over 8800, injured more than 21,000, and destroyed the homes of 3.5 million people.
Despite more than three years having passed since this disaster, rebuilding and recovery has been painfully slow and the humanitarian crisis in the country continues. This is the reason I am embarking on a sponsored trek through some of the devastated villages in the Sinhupalchowk region later this year.
All the funds raised here will be used to help the families and communities most in need in this area. We will be delivering reconstruction materials and other much-needed aid, as well as providing hands-on assistance to the rebuilding process. Please give generously to help us help Nepal.
100% of your kind donations will go directly to those in need.
Thank you!
