Dechrau ar y 27th o mis yma mis fyddai yn dechrau y sialans o gwneud y tair peaks sef y Wyddfa, Scafell Pike a Ben Nevis a ceiclo rhwng nhw. Y plan ydi gwneud y wyddfa ar y nos fercher, dechra off am ben fy hyn am Scafell Pike a Ben Nevis ar y dydd iau, cymeryd just dros wythnos i gorffan y gamp gobeithio. Colli fy mrawd bach fi chris yn 2006 a oeddo yn dweud byw dy fywyd, colli fy uncle robin i cancer so dwi yn hel pres i elusen Gafael Llaw er cof nhw sydd yn hel pres i helpu plant hefo cancer yn gogledd cymru os fysa chdi medru rhoi be da chi medru sa hyna yn gret :)

Starting on the 27th of this month I will be starting on the challenge of doing the three peaks which ar Snowdon, Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis and cycling between them. The plan is to do Snowdon on the Wednesday night, then start off by myself for Scarfell Pike and Ben Nevis on the Thursday, taking hopefully just over a week to complete the challenge. Lost my little brother Chris in 2006 and he was always telling me to live my life, lost my uncel robin to Cancer so in their memory I'm raising money for Gafael Llaw who raise money to help children with cancer in the north wales area if you could give what you could that would be great :)
