Paris Marathon 2013 · 7 April 2013 ·

EVERY 90 SECONDS someone in the UK is admitted to hospital with an acquired brain injury (ABI). There are many possible causes, such as a fall, a road traffic accident, an assault, a tumour or a stroke. A brain injury can happen to anyone, at any time. When it does, we're here to help

Story

My aunt had a brain hemorrhage just before christmas. Luckily, she's doing well and following doctor's orders. But because she's brilliant and I'm so happy she's doing well, I'm raising money for Headway, which is a Nottingham-based charity that supports people who have suffered a brain injury.

So this is my cause and it's going to motivate me all the way around Paris. Sponsor me whatever you want and whatever you can -- it's much appreciated and going to a good cause. WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT.
