On Friday 7July 2017, I will be one of more than 50 people from Dentsu Aegis, and hundreds of others from across the media and advertising industry taking part in various triathlons and duathlons at Dorney Lake, aiming to raise money for Media Trust.

Media Trust is a charity that inspires the media and communications industry to give their time and creative power to benefit charities, communities and young people.  Media Trust works with the media industry to empower charities and communities to have a voice and be heard.
