I will be going to Uganda with Play Action International for 3 weeks in August 2022. Play Action International is a charity that take volunteers out to Uganda in to assist with transforming an empty field at a local school into an exciting new, safe and colourful playground! This important work will create a legacy for children to learn and develop essential life skills as well as nurture their physical, psychological and social development through playing and exploring their creativity. 

I will be engaging in play based learning with the children every afternoon as well as trekking through Uganda and learning from the communities I stay with!
