I'll be running 10k (just over 6 miles) in July for Cancer Research. know it's ages away but I'm hoping to raise some money between now and then. At the time of writing I can barely run up and down the stairs without panting for breath. This will be a huge challenge for me and I'm going to need to start training pretty soon if I have any hope of reaching the finish line!

Basically, i'm hoping that if helping to fund vital research for a life saving charity isn't enough to make you dig deep into those pockets then seeing me actually don a pair of trainers and get off my lazy bum might persuade you to part with a couple of quid for this great cause :)
