Me and my team want to do something awesome for The Cornerstone Foundation!

Our awesome fundraising team at TCF put the people we support and their families at the heart of everything we do. We've often talked about how easy it is to forget that, for us, a big challenge is something completely different to the sort of thing one of the people we support would face in their day to day lives.

So, we're taking on a really tough challenge to support people and families affected by life limiting conditions, including autism, Down's syndrome and dementia!

I'll need a lot of time in the gym to get ready and a little less of the sweets I love so much, but I want to make a difference.
