March 26th 2021 was the day my life changed when I suffered a brain haemorrhage. The Wessex Neuro Centre at Southampton General hospital supported me throughout my recovery journey. I am running 10km at Longleat on 30th Jan 2022 to raise funds for the charity (smiles4wessex) which supports this specialist units work. Any donations welcome. Love Rachel.
