Story

Myself, my PT warriors and colleagues at David Lloyd Southend would like to help save our local charities during these unprecedented times.

Our challenge: To complete 26 repetitions of an exercise, every 26 minutes, 26 times.....should take in total 11hours 16 minutes and equal 676 reps. I shall be doing press-ups.......

Or - to complete any challenge with a 2 and a 6.....

Let's see how many people will do it.....and support us.....and donate to this very worthy charity. Any amount from £2.60 to £26 or anything in between would be amazing......Thank you so much.

Charities like this one are struggling to raise money due to events being cancelled or postponed - and they need the money now in order to carry on supporting families in these desperate times.
