This is my little challenge of the year. I know 5k is nothing compared to those of you that run marathons and thriatlons, but I am lazy and this is my way of fighting the Blerch.

Why this 5k and not another one? because my grandma died of breast cancer and my dad of a tumour it sounded like the best cause. Plus it will be fun and a reason to wear a (really) pink t-shirt.

I am not too bothered about fund raising but if you have given something - thanks, I really appreciate your confidence in me!

Update 14th July: the race was yesterday and quite surprisingly I managed to finish in just 40 minutes despite the rain, the mud and the roots! thanks everyone for your support and keep giving!
