  • Fran-O-Connell

    Paddy suffered with dementia, but he passed away from complications due to lung cancer and emphysema. He was in the early stages of dementia, but it was very sad to see him slowly losing his memory and his sense of self. 

    1 in 6 people over the age of 80 have dementia. This brilliant charity, Dementia UK, supply nurses who work alongside people with dementia, and their families: giving them one-to-one support, expert guidance and practical solutions. ❤️🤕
