Along with the Rankin family and others, we will all be running the Manchester 10km on the 10th May. This is to raise awareness of epilepsy in the community and to raise money on behalf of Epilepsy Action. 

We are doing this in memory of our dear friend Carla Rankin who died last August whilst having an epileptic seizure. Carla was so energetic and enthusiastic and never let this spoil her life... so we want to do this for her love of life.

Carla was an active member of Epilepsy Action and she would like the fact that her  death might raise money for a charity for which she had a lot of time. 

Please sponsor Paul, Gill, Adele, Naomi and co to take on the Manchester 10km in memory of Carla and in aid of Epilepsy Action.
