Well this is my third go at the CLIC24.  For those that dont know this is a 24hr mountain biking challenge in aid of Cancer and Leukaemia in Children.

Previously I have ridden this as part of a two man team but this year we are expanding the team to four.  Each lap is about 10miles long and has about 300m vertical climbing on the Mendips.  Typically the lap takes just less than an hour to complete and consumes about 1000kcal.
