So we've joined Cancer Research UK's Race for Life this year. We will be doing the Folkestone 5K on 14th June, a 10k (Hyde PArk 19th July) and the half marathon (!!) on 4th October in Lee Valley.  

One in two people are now likely to get a cancer at some point in their life and that figure is WAY too high to not try and do something about!
