We made the bold decision a couple of months ago to sign up to the 2017 London Triathlon happening in mid - July. 

1.5km swim, 40km cycle, 10km run!

With training happening across the Atlantic (Ed lives in Miami!) and London, having never attempted anything of this kind, we're incredibly happy to be sponsoring Samaritans who provide a 24/7 support for people to have a chat with and talk to. Especially important now with suicidal rates in the UK being at their highest ever.
