You may know I have run a few half marathons before. Sadly that was 2013 and between then and now there have been (too) many pies, pints and pizzas. But I am now lacing up my running shoes once again to take on the Royal Parks Half marathon. 'Why?' I hear you ask. Well it is to support the amazing work of the charity I work for, ECPAT UK. I see first hand the hard work and dedication to support trafficked children and those at risk.

Child trafficking is happening right here, right now and ECPAT UK is at the forefront of campaigning to change things but we can't do it without your support.

That is why I, with just 8 weeks training ahead of me, little time to train and weighing too much feel compelled to get back out there.

Please give what you can, I know how far it can go.
