Story
It's that time again for you all to dig deep or as deep as you can!
I will be running the Bath Half Marathon on 20th March in aid of the British Red Cross. Please check the info on the left to find out more about the great humanitarian work the British Red Cross does across the world.
My target time over the last month has varied daily between 1 hour 30 and 1 hour 50 - but having just returned from a week of ski madness my legs are aiming for the latter.
