I already have so much and really don't need any presents, so if you would like to do something to help celebrate my birthday, it would be great to help raise some funds for The Rowans Hospice.  My friend Ruth is the CEO of The Rowans and I know that she will ensure that every penny raised is well spent  in supporting their patients.
