Scott Hutchison, singer in the band Frightened Rabbit, died by suicide in May 2018. Since then, his family have been campaigning to improve mental health amongst children and young people in Scotland. Tiny Changes (SC049112) aims to further that cause by funding projects and events that support affected people and advance research, and also by raising awareness and influencing policy. There is a crisis in young people's mental health in Scotland and it is getting worse. The next generation needs your help now.

The work Tiny Changes does for mental health support and awareness as a whole is something very close to my heart after also losing my own dad to suicide when i was 11.

Although nothing will ever fill the void of losing a parent, child or loved one to a mental health illness, we should all come together and do our best to raise awareness and support each other, now more than ever after what has been an extremely difficult few years for everyone.

Tiny changes are doing amazing work for future generations in understanding mental health, and helping young people with mental health issues lead a happy life.

I understand times are tough for everyone but if you could spare a couple of pounds/dollars it would be greatly appreciated.
