Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I'm running my first ever 50 mile ultra race The Wye one Way on 27th September this will be the farthest I have ever run  and to recognise this I want to raise as much money as I can for the Welsh Air Ambulance. My training is going well and so far (30/3) have run just over 200 training miles.
