Well , it's over and I did it, but not without a struggle - it  seemed like a scorcher running out there today.

I managed to get round the course in 3 hours 26 minutes, and it was great to have Joey, Bradley and Robbie to cheer me along in 3 places

Mile 11  - hot but easy going at that stage

Mile 18 - slowing down and great to see them again

Mile 25 - so hot and exhausted at this point  - didnt even see them !

I was passed by a fairy, a prisoner, and spiderman - but managed avoid the indignity of being beaten by the guy with fancy make-up and a flower-pot stuck on his head!

Anyway, thank you very much for your support - I'm now over my fundraising target., and please do remember to call on me if / when you also do something silly like this in future.
