I have been incredibly lucky and I will never take that for granted. 

I am challenging myself to something so far out of my comfort zone to fund the research and support that Tommy's offers. I have seen the heartbreak of a miscarriage, of repeated miscarriages and the devastating loss of a child both those born sleeping and those who have died in early life. 

The fact that I have been so lucky is something that I will never be blazé about. The pain of people I love dearly is real.
