As a support worker at the Phoenix Foundation, a big part of what I do is encourage and empower our residents to step out of their comfort zone and progress towards their goals. I'm a big believer that you should practice what you preach, which is why I decided to take a step out of my own comfort zone (quite literally off the top of a cathedral!) and fundraise for our amazing charity!
