I managed to make it to the finish line of last year's Race for Life 5K in Heaton Park and I'm back again for round two. This time I'll be getting Pretty Muddy too! 

As an official Race for Life blogger, I'll be documenting my journey from couch potato to running machine (ok maybe that's a slight exaggeration) on my blog www.SequinThis.com.
