Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On saturday the 29th I complete 7 consecutive marathons in 7 days in aid of raising money for help for heros, I know we are all feeling the pinch. However, the soliders who are risking there lives and do an amazing job day in day they deserve as much help they can get. So please give what you can.
I complete the total distance 183.4 miles (and a bit more because of all the times I got lost). Only from the help from my friends and family I was able to complete this challenge.
I complete all of the marathons excluding the mountain marathon in under 4.5 hours. I am well and truly ruined and am looking forward to a relaxing recovery period.
Any nerds like me out there I have calculated my energy expenditure for the marathons.
This is not a hundred percent as i didn't measure my weight during the runs and im still retaining some fluid in my legs so I have used my weight before the marathons. Anyway here is the stats,
