On Sunday 15th February Hannah and I are running 10 miles, yes 10! Although I did think it was 10k when I first agreed to it - but hey what's a few miles between friends!

We have been (and still are) training hard and would really appreciate your support and help in reaching our fundraising target.

The chosen charity is Help for Heroes, which provides support to those servicemen and women wounded in the line of duty in the current conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan.  The least we can do is run 10 miles considering what they have done and sadly, are still doing for us.
