So to get me out of my comfort.fort zone and doing some real work with the help of my fitbit and 4 fitbit buddies I will now walk  7000 steps a day from the 8th may to the 8th June. My buddies will receive emails of how many steps I do and batter me if I slack 🤤

Not a lot you may say but its a lot for me. I barely do 10, 000 steps per week. My cars parked 3 metres from  work . I don't fo any excersise and I'm a couch potato.
