We provide therapeutic pony riding lessons to improve the lives of disabled people

Story

On 11th April I will be doing a wing walk to help raise money for Gaddesden Place Riding for the Disabled centre.
Gaddesden Place is a dedicated RDA centre giving adults and children with special needs and disabilities the opportunity to ride and have fun.
Giving these people the opportunity to ride helps them aid balance and co-ordination, learn a new skill, increase self confidence and awareness and widen boundaries of experience and social contact.
With an audience of 50 family and friends I will stage my own private air show from an airfield in Essex, strapped to the top wing of an authentic vintage Boeing Stearman biplane. The highly experienced pilot will take me through a pulse-pounding series of thrilling aerobatic manoeuvres, including low-level flypasts and a heart stopping 500ft dive.

PLEASE HELP ME RAISE MONEY FOR THIS AMAZING CHARITY!

About the charity

The charity provides therapeutic riding facilities and instruction for people with a wide range of physical and mental disabilities. Some come from local schools for children with special needs, others from specialist residential care homes, whilst many come as individuals.
